Delivery Policy

We will aim to deliver your items within three days of receiving your order and we will send you a text message letting you know your items are on the way.   Our driver will leave the items at your front door (or other agreed drop-off point), and knock on your door before stepping away to a safe distance.  Unfortunately we’re not able to arrange specific drop-off times.  If you are not at home we will leave the items at your front door or at your designated drop-off place.  Your items will be packed as hygienically as possible.  

Wild Leaf accepts no responsibility for theft or damage when plants are left at the customer’s front door or other agreed drop-off point.  This includes physical damage and damage caused by environmental conditions such as  scorching and cold shock.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds of online purchases can only be made via the webshop, not in store, and only to the card that was used to make the original purchase.

Perishable items

  • We only accept returns of plants if the plant has a quality issue that existed before it was received by the customer.
  • We only accept returns of flowers if the flowers lasted less than three days. We do not accept returns of flowers if our care advice was not followed.
  • We do not accept returns if the customer did not follow our care advice.
  • We do not accept returns if the customer or the gift recipient has changed their mind.
  • Customers have 14 days to notify us that their plant is unhealthy, after which they will be given a further 14 days to return the plant to the store.  Wild Leaf will give the customer a set date by which the plant should be returned to the store.
  • If a plant qualifies for a return, the customer can choose to exchange the plant, or they can choose to receive a refund or store credit.

Non-perishable items Purchased Online 

  • Customers have the right to cancel their order, even if not faulty, within 14 days.  This excludes our perishable items (plants and flowers).
  • For non-perishable items, we will offer a refund if the customer notifies us within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer then has 14 days to then return the goods to the Wild Leaf store to claim the refund. 

Deliveries of online purchases

  • We hold no responsibility for orders that are left with neighbours or in a safe place. We hold no responsibility for plants going into cold shock if they were left outside because the recipient was not at home.
  • We hold no responsibility for items that are stolen after being left in a safe place.
